Hey there, & welcome to Heartland Huskies! I am Haley Allcorn, my brother pictured here is Noah and my mother is Regina. In December of 2020 we started brainstorming, wanting to add a new furry friend to our family. We have always wanted a beautiful Siberian Husky, but felt like our blistering hot Summers here in Alabama would not be a good environment for them. We spent weeks researching the breed, their needs and requirements. We spoke to multiple local breeders and asked all the necessary questions to make the most educated & responsible decision that we could for our family and for the sake of the dog. After much consideration we all agreed we wanted to get a husky. Now the search was on to find the right one! We spent so much time looking for our first husky, when we finally found a litter we wanted to choose from we couldn't narrow it down to one dog. When we met Sky and Togo we knew we had to have them both they were a sibling pair and as close to each other as we are as a family! Noah wanted Togo and I knew Sky was my girl, from that moment we were completely hooked on the breed! It wasn't long before we decided to create Heartland Huskies so that we could expand our pack with the desire to eventually breed Siberian Huskies and bring as much joy to other families as these two pups brought to ours! With the help of our wonderful mother Regina we were able to build the perfect state of the art kennel to house our furry friends! Once we had a designated safe & secure place for our pups, a place they could call their own, we started thinking about what we wanted in our next Husky! So we went back to the drawing board searching our highly recommended AKC breeders. We were put on a waiting list for 3 separate dogs from different litters to add to our family and in June of 2021 we were able to finally bring them home! These are the babies seen in the picture above (Kodiak, Loki, & Sakari). They are the goofiest pups I know, but we love them so much! With our whole pack being puppies we knew it would be a while before we could even attempt to breed any of them. About two weeks after we brought these 3 pups home I stumbled across a post on social media from another local breeder that wanted to rehome 5 of her adult Siberian Huskies. This was a divine set up as she was also an established AKC registered breeder and thankfully we had the perfect set up to be able to rehome her entire pack of huskies so that she didn't have to split them up! We knew we needed to give these babies a home! We gladly welcomed Kimber, Nova, Khya, Macie and Connor to our pack! As you can see our dream of owning a Siberian Husky escalated from owning 1 to owning 10 very quickly but we haven't looked back since! We are so excited to have the opportunity to Breed AKC Registered Siberian Huskies, and to do our part to improve the breed to their absolute best quality. We hope that our puppies are able to bring so much joy to their new families! You will truly have a friend for life when you take the leap of faith and make the life changing decision to welcome one of these beautiful babies into your home!
We welcomed our first two huskies into the family in March of 2021. Sky and Togo are a sibling pair. When we were looking for our perfect new family member we couldn't choose between them....so, we got them both and never looked back! Our love for huskies grew more and more each day, they are so goofy and funny!
Sky has always loved to go for rides around the farm, this started as a puppy when Grayson wanted to take her out on his little gator for a spin! Just a boy and his dog they will be best friends furever!
Sky was the definitely the cutest little pup, I knew it from the moment I saw her; but just look at how beautiful she has grown!
Togo is a little bit spoiled and occasionally gets to venture out on the boat for a day on the lake.
Just look at those eyes, Togo is the most handsome fella!
We are so blessed to be able to raise our huskies on a beautiful family farm in North Alabama. We house all of our huskies in a climate controlled, heated & cooled kennel where they have access through doggie doors to go in or out as they desire.
We keep our females on the opposite side of the kennel from our males. The males and females both have multiple large fenced in areas to run and play during the day and then at night they all have their private kennels to go back to for some R&R.
The back of the kennel is also home to the females to run & play. They also have a large pool to play in and cool off during our blistering Alabama Summers. They love their pool time!
This is the male side of our kennel. This is home to Kodiak, Togo and Connor. We also store our food, treats, medications, supplies for grooming and whelping supplies here.
This is the female side of the kennel. Home to Sky, Sakari, Macie, Nova, and Loki.
We have state of the art grooming station in our kennel and supplies so that our pack can get the proper grooming they need. In case you didn't know....huskies shed, A LOT! We have just about every tool know to man to help these guys shed their coats in the summer and maintain beautiful full coats in the winter time! Togo pictured here is enjoying his bath, getting all spruced up for the ladies!
Our dogs all have their own spacious 5x5 kennel indoors with a doggie door that leads to a 5x8 kennel outside for them to go in or out as they desire! The kennels are lined with privacy walls to allow them to have their own personal space. During the day they are all let out into the fenced in yards to play and then put up an night after dinner and treats!
We love to decorate for Christmas and our huskies are family so they all get their own personalized stockings to hang on their kennels during the holidays. Santa is good about leaving them all a special treat!
